Financial information

Fees are collected half termly in advance. Six invoices are presented to parents throughout the school year at the beginning of each half term; payments to be presented to the Club Treasurer no later then the start of the term for which the payment is due. Failure to pay in time for the start of the term will result in loss of After School Club place for your child.

Payments may be made by cheque made payable to Highfield After School Club with the childs name written on the back. Payments should be posted to the Treasurer whose address is listed on the invoices or left at the club in a clearly marked envelope F.A.O. The Club Treasurer, and the child's name.

Payment may also be made by voucher scheme. Currently the club accepts the following vouchers: Busy Bees, Accor and Sodexho.
