Application

To apply you need to send

• An Application Form stating which sessions you are interested in.
• A Registration Form completed for each child.
• A signed Parental Contract
• A registration fee of £10 per family, payable by cheque to ’Highfield After School Club’ which is used to cover administration costs at the Club

Please note, we cannot allow any child to attend the Club for whom the Club does not hold the completed forms. All parents must ensure that they read the Parent Pack before their child begins attending.
